To combat this threat, Vanguard has procedures established to prevent the purchase and/or use of counterfeit parts, which are detailed in Vanguard’s AS9100 Certified Quality Management System. The procedures meet the requirements of the AS5553A Standard for Counterfeit Electronic Parts, Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition.
