- Submit Design Request: Submit your design request via email or directly through our website to kick-start the design-in process. Use our worksheets available on the custom product page for convenience.
- Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours, an account manager will acknowledge your request.
- Engineering Review: Vanguard’s engineering team will review your design request and may ask clarifying questions or provide an outline drawing for your approval.
- Outline Drawing: AutoCAD-generated drawing detailing mechanical dimensions and electrical specifications.
- Quotation: After approval of the outline drawing, we will proceed with providing a quotation based on the quantities required.
- Sample Approval: Upon agreement, we’ll prepare free or paid samples (depending on complexity and material availability).
- Expedited Sample Build: Samples are built and shipped within 2-4 weeks for your evaluation.
